Dashcams questions
Can't find your answer? Talk to our team.
What is the difference between DMS and ADAS?
DMS (driver monitoring) watches the driver for signs of fatigue or distraction. ADAS (driver assistance) watches the road for risks such as following too closely or drifting out of lane.
Do dashcams need a data SIM?
Cameras that stream or upload footage need a mobile data SIM. We help you plan data use.
Should drivers be told about cabin cameras?
Yes. We recommend a written camera policy, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
